Once the batch is finished and ready to ship (within that 30-60 day window), we'll send you an invoice for the remaining $39. As soon as that's settled, your Prep Cup hits the mail!
What happens during the "Production Phase"?
This is where the magic happens! Over the next few weeks, your Prep Cup goes through: Tooling & Molding: Setting up the custom shapes for our modular 3-in-1 design. Vacuum Sealing: Ensuring the double-walled insulation meets our "ice-cold for hours" standard. Finishing & Laser Etching: Giving your cup its premium look and feel. Final Inspection: We hand-check the Batch 1 units to ensure they are flawless.
Can I get updates on my cup's journey?
Absolutely. We don't believe in "set it and forget it." We will send you behind-the-scenes production updates so you can see exactly where your batch is in the manufacturing process. You'll know the moment it moves from the mold to the mail truck.
